I am hoping to combat the stereotypes associated with CP, as well as find more affordable resources for adults with CP.

I’m 36 and currently work in human resources. I was diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy at age three, and I wish people knew that although CP is diagnosed during childhood, it does not go away — and the same if not more affordable medical resources are needed for adults with CP.

I also wish that people realized that although I may walk differently from other people, it does not impact my ability to participate in most normal activities. I enjoy shopping, and exploring fashion and beauty trends. I also enjoy spending time with family especially with my dog Bentley 😊
